With the Eternal Moment Mobile Studio, we include the option for on-site prints, professionally produced 8x10, 5x7, and 4x6 photographs, ready before you leave. Along with on-site editing and touch-ups, For select bookings, we can include a professional makeup artist* to help you look and feel your best before the camera clicks.

Option 1 – Pop-Up Print Booth

Let the Eternal Moment Mobile Studio set up at your event. We sell professional prints on-site and donate 25% of proceeds to a nonprofit of your choice.

Option 2 – Headshot + Print Station
💵 $1250 for 3.5 hours
Guests walk away with high-quality headshots and printed portraits in hand.
Perfect for: Business mixers, team appreciation events, networking nights.
Community Give-Back: 25% of this package is donated to a nonprofit or charity of your choice. For events hosted by venues with specific requirements, I may instead reinvest that amount into supporting the event directly.
Note: Travel fees apply to this package for locations beyond 30 miles from Oshkosh.
Option 3 – Full Event Coverage (Non-Wedding)

About Nathaniel – The Journey Behind the Lens
Hi, I’m Nathaniel Flauger, photographer and founder of Eternal Moment Photography.
I didn’t start with a fancy studio or years of training—I started with a phone and a desire to capture something real. Over time, photography became more than a hobby. It became a way to slow down, be present, and truly see the people in front of me—whether it’s a child’s unguarded smile, a proud business owner stepping in front of the camera, or a couple sharing a moment on their wedding day.
Today, I shoot with professional Sony cameras and a carefully built lighting setup using Godox, ProMaster, Rogue modifiers, and softboxes. I’ve invested in gear that helps me create consistent, high-quality results—whether I’m setting up a mobile headshot studio on location or chasing golden hour light with my daughter in the park.
But what matters most isn’t the gear. It’s the intention behind the lens—to capture people as they truly are. To create images that feel alive. To deliver portraits that reflect confidence, warmth, and authenticity.
Whether I’m photographing a corporate event, a small business team, or a single person stepping into a new chapter, I bring the same goal: to make you feel seen, comfortable, and proud of the story we’re telling together.

These portraits were taken on-site at Amanda Aspland’s State Farm Insurance office in Kaukauna, WI, using my mobile headshot studio. In just one session, her team received high-end, polished headshots perfect for marketing, business cards, and LinkedIn.
